🧾 Refund Policy
At RABAGAS, we put great effort (and ink stains) into everything we make. From digital chaos to tangible goods, each item is treated like an absurd little miracle. That said, we have to set some boundaries.
🔒 Digital Products
All sales of digital products — including downloadable files, zines, classified listings, newsletter subscriptions, secret PDFs, conceptual experiences, or anything that vanishes into your inbox or hard drive — are final and non-refundable. Once it’s out in the wild, we can’t reel it back.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong thing, feel free to write us a very convincing letter. It won’t guarantee a refund, but it might get published in the next issue.
📦 Physical Goods
If you receive a printed or physical product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise cursed in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and either:
- Send a replacement (if stock allows),
- Offer store credit,
- Or point fingers at the postal gods.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or sudden existential dread.
🤝 Services & Submissions
Submissions (classifieds, letters, ads, etc.) are reviewed with editorial care. Payment does not guarantee print inclusion, but does keep our lights on and Ragna employed. Refunds will not be granted for submissions once received, unless due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
If in doubt, write us before purchase. We're more approachable than we seem — especially if you open with a joke or a poem.
